Each summer, the farm was a tranquil haven, resonating with the carefree laughter of barefoot wanderers under the serene gaze of the towering palms. A turquoise pool, nestled in their shade, was a mirror to the sky, its surface adorned with the gentle drift of palm leaves. I would float there, my gaze lost in the dance of sunlight through the swaying fronds.

In this work, the palm leaves follow a sine wave pattern, their curves recalling the gentle motion of warm air and water. Blue and beige tones shape the trees, while a deep maroon ground holds the heat of memory. A fragment of childhood, suspended like a delicate thread in the fabric of time, in the stillness and light.
